We'll email a one-time code to your account address to confirm it's you, then submit the request. You don't need to be logged in — this works even if you're locked out.

What happens when your account is deleted

We'll permanently erase the data tied to your account. This action cannot be undone.

  • •Your profile, name, and contact details
  • •Your registration record and linked student / parent connections
  • •Messages, chat threads, and attachments you sent or received
  • •Photos you uploaded and directory-share preferences
  • •Volunteer signups, contest entries, and financial ledger entries tied to you

Some records may be kept where required by law or for fraud prevention. Our team reviews each request before anything is removed.
